Perhaps you should meet real Nigerian girls!

Your beauty is skin deep he said, i thought Nigerian girls were empty skulls. I smiled slowly and said Perhaps you need to take time and meet the real Nigerian girls not the hookers your are used to. It was his turn to frown.

Some men would often look for opportunities to demean the intelligence of a woman.

As always a good woman knowing she may be way more intelligent than that particular guy would just concede so that peace would rain.

But when you meet a perfect stranger and they give you the same attitude and when that stranger is a foreigner it becomes even more annoying and imperative that you take your time if you have it and argue ceaselessly until you either change his mind or he walks away knowing that a battle of the minds had just taken place.

That was the case between me and Kelvin Sunday evening, introduced by a mutual friend and he starts to make inappropriate comments, at first I ignored it and smiled politely but then he began to talk about his Nigerian experience, compared to his country, it was nice to listen to his experiences and all that but then he said something that set me off and we argued back and front at the end, nearly an hour had gone without our notice, he kept quiet and slowly smiled, your beauty is skin deep he said but then he added that he usually thought that Nigerians girls were empty headed.

This last comment explained his earlier behavior, I was offended but I smiled slowly stating that I was glad I could change his mind that perhaps he needed to take time off and meet the real Nigerian girls and not the hooker he was used to, it was his turn to frown but in the end he smiled and said perhaps, then he said it’s a real pleasure to meet you, and in my characteristics way I told him it wasn’t a pleasure to meet him that he was a pain, perhaps it would be more civil if he can have open minds when meeting new people.

Meanwhile our host was laughing his ass off and oh he is another foreigner too. His name is Ken, he mentioned I worked in television and my new friend went in overdrive and talked about his job and mission to Nigeria, and said he would get his company to contact me, we should totally collaborate on something. Well, this would be nice I said.

Well, amazing things happen when you are true to yourself. Never be afraid to Xpress yourself cause you’ve got the X factor.

  1. I am sure this piece of writing has touched all the internet users, its really really fastidious article on building
up new blog. This is a topic that is close to my heart…
Cheers! Where are your contact details though? I’ve been browsing
on-line more than three hours as of late, but I by no means discovered
any fascinating article like yours. It is lovely price sufficient for
me. Personally, if all webmasters and bloggers made just right
content as you did, the net might be a lot more helpful than ever before.
