Optimize your day with a ‘to do list’
A to do list, is a list of task you need to accomplish based on priority.
Some people make a daily list, some weekly and while the rest make a monthly list.
Every list should be a guide towards achieving your big picture plan.
As a business person or even a stay at home mum, before you set out with your day, take a moment to organize what you need to do and then write it down, as you achieve them, check it off.
When the day is over, score yourself, carry over other items unattended to the next day.
Having a bucket list as some people call it, would help you to stay on track throughout the day.
